全数字化钼铑靶断层X线摄影诊断早期乳腺癌87例分析

目的探讨应用全数字化钼铑靶断层摄影系统诊断早期乳腺癌的特点，提高检出率和诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析经乳腺断层摄影检出并术后病理证实的87例女性早期乳腺癌的X线表现。结果在87例中，小结节38例，小结节并威簇细小钙化20例，成簇细小钙化10例，小致密影8例，局部结构紊乱7例，单支导管扩张4例。结论乳腺断层摄影能清楚显示早期乳腺癌的各种征象，为病灶检出及明确诊断提供很大帮助，减少漏、误诊，在早期乳腺癌诊断上具有重要价值。

ANALYSIS OF FULLY DIGITAL MOLYBDENUM RHODIUM TARGET AND COMPUTED TOMO- GRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF EARLY BREAST CANCER WITH 87 CASES PATIENTS

Objective To discuss the application of fully digital mammography tomography system in the diagnosis of early breast cancer characteristics, in order to improve the detection rate and diagnosis accuracy. Methods Retrospective analysis of X- ray manifestations in 87 cases of female breast cancer patients after breast tomography detection and early postoperative pathology confirmation. Results In 87 patients, there were 38 cases of small nodules, 20 cases of nodules and fascicles small calcification, 10 cases of small clus- ters calcification, 8 cases of small dense shadow, 7 cases of local structure disorder, 4 cases of single duct expansion. Conclusion Digital breast tomosynthesis （DBT） technique can clearly show the signs of early breast cancer, provide more help for focal detection and diagnosis, and can reduce leakage and misdiagnosis rate, which is worthy of promoting in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
