| 摘 要： | 目的探讨cT仿真内镜（CTVE）技术诊断小肠病变的应用价值。方法20例小肠疾病的患者经胃一十二指肠插管小肠内充气行多层螺旋CT检查，应用CT仿真内镜技术对病变进行研究分析。结果20例患者均顺利完成小肠充气螺旋CT检查，小肠充盈良好，达到了预期效果。20例小肠病变CTVE表现能较准确地反映其在肠腔内的形态学改变，结合多平面重建（MPR）图像，对病变位置、大小、形态、腔内外和周围淋巴结情况等方面的判定具有优越性。结论小肠cTVE检查技术操作简单，安全，结合MPR对小肠疾病的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of CT virtual endoscopy （CTVE） in the diagnosis of small in- testinal diseases. Methods Totally 20 eases with small intestinal lesions were filled with enough air by means of gastro - duodenal tube. After CT scans of the small intestine, CTVE were reconstructed and ana- lyzed. Results The eavity of small bowel was showed well when filled with air, and 20 eases with small in- testinal lesions were well showed. The advantages of CTVE in small intestine were distinct in many as- pects, showing the position, size, shape and could observe lesions all around the lesion. Conclusion CTVE is of signifieant clinical applied value in diagnosing of the small intestinal diseases. |
