| 摘 要： | 目的总结手术外伤性脾切除术后肠梗阻的诊治体会。方法分析2004年6月-2013年12月收入院的脾切除术后肠梗阻手术患者共45例，均行手术治疗，术式包括单纯的粘连松解术和粘连松解术加肠切除吻合术。结果术中见梗阻位置多在原脾脏损伤附近。结论外伤性脾切除术后肠梗阻的梗阻位置多同原脾脏损伤相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of ileus in patients with spleneetomy after traumatic rupture. Methods A sample of 45 patients with intestinal obstruction operation after traumatic rupture were admitted from June 2004 to December 2013, all of the patients underwent surgery, including simple surgical adhesiolysis surgery and adhesiolysis surgery plus intestinal resection and anastomosis. Results The obstruction position almost nearby the original spleen injury. Conclusion Most of the obstruction position of the traumatic splenectomy rupture ileus are associated with the original spleen injury. |
