正畸联合牙周基础治疗在成人牙周病治疗中的效果观察

目的研究乓畸治疗联合牙周基础治疗在成人牙周病中的临床疗效。方法将2010年9月一2011年8月治疗的86例成人牙周病患者随机分成二组，A组在进行牙周基础治疗的基础上联合正畸治疗，B组仅采用牙周基础治疗，比较二组患者在菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、探诊出血（BOP）、牙周探诊深度（PD）、平均附着丧失（AL）以及咀嚼效能等方面的差异性。结果经正畸联合牙周基础治疗后，A组的PD、AL、PLI、SBI、BOP与B组相比差异有统计学意义，且其咀嚼效能为（83．22±2．59），明显高于B组（70．96±3．67），二组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论正畸联合牙周基础治疗对成人牙周病具有明显的治疗效果，牙齿的稳定性增加，明显提高了其咀嚼效能。

EFFECT OF COMBINED ORTHODONTIC PERIODONTAL THERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF ADULT PERIODONTAL DISEASE

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of orthodontic periodontal therapy in the treatment of a- dult periodontal disease. Methods Eighty- six cases of adult patients with periodontal disease received treatment in Zhongshan People＇s Hospital during the period of September 2010 to August 2011 were ran- domly divided into two groups, group A was given combined orthodontic periodontal treatment based on the basic treatment, group B was given a basic periodontal therapy only. The differences between two groups of patients in the plaque index （ PLI）, sulcus bleeding index { SBI}, bleeding on probing { BOP}, periodontal probing depth {PD）, mean attachment loss （AL） and masticatory efficiency were compared. Results The PD, AL, PLI, SBI, BOP of group A after treatment showed significant difference from the group B and its masticatory efficiency （83.22 ± 2.59） was significantly higher than that of group B （70.96 ± 3.67）. The difference between the two groups were significant {P〈0.05}. Conclusions Combined or- thodontic periodontal therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on adult periodontal disease. It can increase the tooth stability and improve the masticatory efficiency.
