有遗传史的原发性高血压患者子代血清白介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α浓度的比较性研究

目的探讨白介素-6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）在有遗传史的原发性高血压（EH）子代中的作用及临床意义。方法用ELISA方法检测有EH遗传史的患者及其子代和正常人群及其子代血清IL-6、TNF-α水平，并将二者进行比较。结果①高血压患者比正常人群血清IL-6、TNF-α明显升高（P〈0．01），②有高血压遗传史的子代和正常人群的子代相比，前者血清IL-6、TNF-α高于后者（P〈0．05）。结论高血压患者血清IL-6、TNF-α升高，而在他们血压正常的子代中也增高，提示：高血压可引起机体内血清IL-6、TNF-α水平升高，从而参与和促进了高血压的发展，这种高的IL-6、TNF-α水平可能与遗传有关。

HYPERTENSION GENETIC HISTORY

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of offspring serum in IL - 6 and TNF-α of EH with genetic history. Methods The IL- 6 and TNF-α were detected on EH patients with genet- ic history and their offspring and those of normal people and their offspring by ELISA. Results Compared with normal people, EH patients had much clearer increase in IL- 6 and TNF-α（P〈0.01）. Compared with offspring of normal people, offspring of EH patient with genetic history had much higher IL- 6 and TNF-α（P〈0.05）. Conclusions EH patients have an increased in IL- 6 and TNF -α, while their offspring with normal hypertension have an increased in IL- 6 and TNF-α as well, which can be indicated that EH is responsible for the increase of IL - 6 and TNF -α and get involved and increase the development of EH. The high level of IL- 6 and TNF-α can be related to genetic factors.
