临床路径模式应用于新农合患者的效果评价

目的研究临床路径模式在新农合患者中的实施情况并评价其效果。方法将2011年5月-2013年5月住院的新农合患者，实施临床路径模式的48例做为观察组，实施一般模式的48例做为对照组，观察组采用临床路径模式进行连续的规范化的治疗，对比效果。结果与对照组相比观察组平均住院时间、平均住院费用均优于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论临床路径模式在新农合患者中的应用，进一步优化了医院的服务流程，减少了患者的住院费用和住院时间，提高了患者的满意度，保证了新农舍患者的参合积极性。

EVALUATION OF CLINICAL PATHWAY MODEL ON THE NEW RURAL COOPERATIVE PATIENTS

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway mode on the new rural cooperative patients. Methods A sample of 96 new rural cooperative patients who were enrolled in the Hebei United University Hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were divided into two groups： 48 patients with clinical pathway mode were in the observation group, and they were given continuous standard treatment, 48 patients with general pattern were in the control group, then to compare the effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the average length of hospital stay and the average hospitalization expenses in the obser- vation group were more less. The difference had statistically significance. Conclusion The application of clinical pathway model on new rural cooperative patient can further optimize the hospital service process, and reduce the patients＂ hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time, and improve the patients＂ satisfaction, and ensure their participation enthusiasm.
