吴茱萸烫疗结合穴位注射新斯的明治疗混合痔术后尿潴留临床研究

目的 :探讨吴茱萸烫疗结合穴位注射新斯的明,治疗混合痔手术后尿潴留的疗效。方法:选择混合痔手术后尿潴留患者120例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组采用吴茱萸烫疗结合穴位注射新斯的明,对照组采用热敷按摩及诱导排尿治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为76.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01),治疗组的显效时间、有效时间均较对照组短(P0.05)。结论:吴茱萸烫疗结合穴位注射新斯的明治疗混合痔手术后尿潴留疗效优于采用热敷按摩及诱导排尿治疗的方法,且具有快速、简便、经济、病人无痛苦等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Wuzhuyu Hot Therapy Combined with Point Injection of Neostigmine on 60 Patients with Urinary Retention after Mixed Hemorrhoids Haemorrhoidectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of Wuzhuyu hot therapy combined with homolateral Foot Three Li point injection of neostigmine acupoint on 60 patients with urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids Haemorrhoidectomy. Methods 120 Patients with urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids haemorrhoidectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with Wuzhuyu hot therapy combined with homolateral Foot Three Li injections of neostigmine acupoint. The patients in the control group were treated with inducing method of traditional hot fomentation and cheirapsis. The urination of both groups was observed. Results Among 60 cases of the experimental group, 40 of them were excellent, 18 of them were effective and the total effective rate was 96.7 %. Among 60 cases of the control group, 26 of them were excellent, 20 of them were effective and the total effective rate was 76.7 %. There was statistical significant difference in terms of total effective rate between both groups（ χ^2= 4.297, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Wuzhuyu hot therapy combined with homolateral Foot Three Li injections of neostigmine acupoint is a safe and effective care measure which can munificently sign advantages to the traditional inducing method for urinary retention after Haemorrboidectomy.
