| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析一起流感暴发疫情的流行病学调查与处理结果，为流感防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集整理现场流行病学调查资料，根据临床诊断、流行病学调查、实验室检测结果进行分析。结果这是一起甲型流感病毒引起的暴发疫情，共发病52例，罹患率4．41％（52／1179），无死亡病例。结论疫情接报后，及时调查处理是控制流感流行的关键。幼儿园、学校等集体单位保健医生对卫生防病知识、疫情报告的敏感性亟待加强；流感疫苗接种率有待提高；流感防治药物储备不足现象亟待解决。
