分米波理疗结合股四头肌肌力训练治疗老年人膝关节骨关节炎

目的　探讨分米波理疗结合股四头肌肌力强化训练对老年人膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法　将76例老年膝关节骨关节炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组 38例。实验组采用分米波理疗结合股四头肌肌力训练 ,对照组应用综合物理疗法治疗。对患膝治疗前和治疗 4周后的日常活动 (ADL)能力 ,疼痛程度及伸直位最大负荷量进行评定。结果　实验组在缓解疼痛 ,改善膝关节ADL能力方面较对照组明显增强 (P <0 0 1)。结论　分米波理疗结合股四头肌肌力强化训练治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎 ,可获得较满意的治疗效果。

Decimetey in combination with quadriceps exercise for the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis in the elderly

Objective To verify the efficacy of decimeter in combination with quadriceps exerercise in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods Seventy-six patients with senile knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group receiving decimeter combined with quadriceps exercise,and control group undergoing comprehensive physical therapy only.Function evaluated by knee joint activities of daily life(ADL) degree of pain and maximum load were assessed before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results The experimental group was slightly better than control group in terms of relief of pain and increase of the ADL ability of the knee joint(P>0.05).In addition.The muscle strength of quadriceps has been greatly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion Decimeter in combination with quadriceps exercise is efficacious in treating senile knee osteoarthritis.
