β—杂环酰胺基丙基锗倍半硫化物的合成和抗癌活性

摘    要:用α-丙基丙烯酸、二氧化锗,杂环胺、硫化氢等原料合成了6种新型有机锗化合物-β-杂环酰胺基丙左锗倍半硫化物,用多种现代测试方法研究了它们的组成、结构特征和理化性质,Ge-S特征吸收峰为400 ̄430cm^-1,Ge3d和Ge3p的电子结合能分别为31.6 ̄31.8ev和123。7 ̄124.0ev,系列化合物结构相似、Ge原子周围化学环境基本相同。对其中4种化合物进行了体外Hela细胞培养实验,结果

Abstract:Six organogermanium sesquisulfides with heterocycloamines were synthesized,their compositions and structures were determined by elemental analysis and IR spectra. In the IR spectra,there were the characteristic absorpation bands of Ge-S bonds at 400-430cm -1 ,indicating the formation of organogermanium sesquisulfides. Four of the compounds were tested for the antitumor activities against Hela cells in vitro.The results showed that the compounds had considerable tumor inhibitory activities.
