| 摘 要： | 观察了熊胆平贝口服液的药理作用。实验结果表明,熊胆平贝口服液可以明显对抗氨水所引起的咳嗽和乙酰胆碱、磷酸组织胺混合液所引起的哮喘,并可明显增加支气管腺体的分泌。提示本品是一个有效的止咳、祛痰、平喘的中药复方制剂。

| Abstract: | The pharmacological effects of xiongdan pingbei solution were observed in the experiment. The results showed that this preparation could antagonize a cough induced by ammonia water in guinea pig and mice and relieve an asthma caused by mixture of acetylcholine chlorid and histamine phosphate in guinea pig. It could increase secretion of branchus in rats. The findings indicated that xiongdan pingbei solution was an effective anticough.antiasthmatic and expectorant preparation. |
