| 摘 要： | 为了推进我国国有企业医院改制工作快速发展,通过调查研究武汉市有关情况,根据“改制”一词中“制”的不同内涵,将武汉市企业医院改制归纳为改变管理体制型、改变运行机制型和改变所有制型,并总结武汉市在企业医院改制过程中值得借鉴的经验.
