补阳还五汤配合西医治疗缺血性脑卒中对照研究

[目的]观察补阳还五汤配合西医治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。[方法]将76例患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组各38例,两组均给予常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤(药用黄芪、桂枝、桃仁、红花、半夏、川芎、地龙、当归、赤芍、丹参、鸡血藤),随证加减,水煎服,1剂/d,早晚服用。观测两组疗效及NIHSS神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分。治疗15d判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组NIHSS及ADL评分均明显优于对照组。[结论]补阳还五汤配合西医治疗缺血性脑卒中可显著改善神经功能缺损情况。

The Effect of Five Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Ischemic Stroke:a Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with western medicine on five clinical curative effect on ischemic stroke.[Methods]76 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,38 cases in each group,the two groups were given conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of Buyanghuanwu Decoction plus five(officinal Astragalus,cassia,peach kernel,safflower,pinellia,angelica,red peony root,chuanxiong,earthworm,Salvia miltiorrhiza,each of Spatholobus),the card plus or minus,Shuijianbi,1 doses of /d,sooner or later use.Observation of curative effect in two groups and NIHSS neural function defect score,activities of daily living(ADL)score.The curative effect of treatment of 15d.[Results]The treatment group treatment effectiveness is obviously higher than the control group,the treatment group NIHSS and ADL were significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion]The Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of five cerebral ischemic stroke can significantly improve the lack of nerve function defect.
