自拟中药偏瘫复原汤、针刺联合西医治疗脑梗塞偏瘫后遗症63例

[目的]观察自拟中药偏瘫复原汤、针刺联合西医治疗脑梗塞偏瘫后遗症疗效。[方法]对63例患者采用常规西医治疗、口服自拟中药偏瘫复原汤、针刺疗法,连续治疗2个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]痊愈20例,显效32例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为97.00%。[结论]自拟中药偏瘫复原汤、针刺联合西医治疗脑梗塞偏瘫后遗症疗效满意。

Piantan Fuyuan Decoction and Acupuncture with Western Medicine Treat Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia Sequelae 63 cases

[Objective]to observe Piantan Fuyuan decoction and acupuncture with Western medicine treat cerebral infarction hemiplegia sequelae curative effect.[Method]63 patients were treated with conventional treatment of western medicine,oral since quasi Piantan Fuyuan decoction,acupuncture treatment,continuous treatment on two treatment outcome.[Results]20 cases cured,32 cases excellent,9 cases effective,invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 97.00%.[Conclusion]Use Piantan Fuyuan decoction and acupuncture with Western medicine treat cerebral infarction hemiplegia sequelae satisfied curative effect.
