摘    要:目的 观察慢性应激对大鼠脑内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的影响,以期探明慢性应激对乙配胆碱代谢的影响。方法 采用组织化学方法研究了大鼠在应激6天和15天内AchE的活性。结果 大鼠脑内的尾状核(ca)、内侧隔核(ms)和小脑内AchE活性随应激时间延长而升高,而海马(hi)、缓核(ha)、中央灰质(cg)和下丘脑(jc)内AchE活性随应激时间的延长而降低。结论 慢性应激对大鼠脑内乙酰胆碱代谢的影响,因部位不同而有所差异。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of chronic stree on the activity of AchE in rat brain in order to know the influence of chronic stresson metablism of AchE.Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to investigate the activity of AchE in rats on stree from 6 to 15 days.Results AchE activity was found increased in caudate nucleus,medial septal nucleus and cerebellum,but decreased in hippocampus,habeula central gray and inferior caliculus as the period of stress developed.Conclusions Influence of chronic stress on AchE activity varied in different areas of rat brain.
