| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨恶性肿瘤患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群与血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的关系。方法：采用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法对６５例恶性肿瘤患者及正常人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群和血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平进行检测。结果：恶性肿瘤患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值均显著低于正常人，ＣＤ８与ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平则显著高于正常人。经相关分析，Ｔ细胞亚群中ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the correlation between the T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and the level of serum sIL 2R of patients with malignant tumor Methods:The T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and the level of serum sIL 2R of 65 patients with malignant tumor and healthy controls were tested by ELISA method Results:The CD 3,CD 4 T lymphocytes and CD 4/CD 8 ratio in the peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumor were lower than that of the healthy controls,and the CD 8 T lymphocytes and the level of serum sIL 2R were higher than that of the healthy controls significantly,The CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 ratio were in negative relationship with the serum sIL 2R level Conclusions:The cellular immune function of patients with malignant tumor was lower than that of the healthy controls and the T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood has significant relation to the level of serum sIL 2R |
