微量蛋白尿在妊娠高血压检验中的临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨妊娠高血压患者动态血压与微量蛋白尿的关系。方法:选择40例妊娠高血压患者,同时选择同期分娩的正常产妇40例,对两组进行动态血压监测(ABPM)、留24 h尿液检查尿微量蛋白质排泄率(UMAE)测定。结果:妊娠高血压组和对照组平均动脉压(MBP)、夜间平均收缩压、夜间平均舒张压、白昼平均收缩压、白昼平均舒张压、24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、SBP负荷、DBP负荷比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常对照组尿微量蛋白质排泄率为12.5±5.3,妊娠高血压组尿微量蛋白质排泄率为49.1±28.5,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿微量蛋白质可作为妊娠高血压患者肾脏损害的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure and microalbuminuria in patients with gestational hypertension.Method 40 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients,40 cases of normal maternal childbirth who had the same period in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 conducted ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),leaving 24-h urine test urine trace protein excretion rate(UMAE) determination.Results Between gestational hypertension group and the control group,MBP,mean systolic blood pressure at night,mean diastolic blood pressure at night,daytime mean systolic blood pressure,daytime average diastolic blood pressure,24-hour mean systolic blood pressure,24-hour average diastolic blood pressure,SBP load,DBP loads had significant difference.The normal control group urine trace protein excretion was 12.5 ± 5.3(P<0.05),gestational hypertension group urine trace protein excretion was 9.1 ± 28.5,and the two groups had a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine trace proteins can be the kidney damage in patients with an important indicator of pregnancy-induced hypertension.
