清洁灌肠后保留灌肠MSCT扫描在结直肠癌诊断中的价值

目的:探讨清洁灌肠后保留灌肠多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描方法在结直肠癌诊断中的价值。方法:对85例疑有结直肠癌的患者行清洁灌肠后保留灌肠MSCT扫描,观察直肠肠腔及肠周结构显示效果。结果:85例患者病变显示阳性率为100%,CT征像有:肠壁增厚,腔内肿块,肠腔狭窄,以及肠周邻近结构侵犯情况。结论:清洁灌肠后保留灌肠MSCT检查对结直肠癌的诊断有很大价值。扫描前良好的肠道准备及扫描方法是MSCT对结直肠癌诊断的关键。此方法简单、安全、易行、创伤小,能够提高结直肠癌诊断可靠性。

TheValue of cleaning and retention enema MSCT scan in the Diagnosis for Coloreetal Cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of cleaning enema retention enema multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) value of scanning method in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods 85 patients with suspected MSCT scanning enema retention enema of colorectal cancer patients after cleaning,observe the rectal lumen and peripheral structure display.Results 85 cases of patients with lesions showed a positive rate of 100%,CT findings were:thickening of the intestinal wall,intraluminal mass,luminal stenosis,and invasion of adjacent structure of intestinal week.Conclusion Cleaning enema retention enema MSCT examination in diagnosis of colorectal cancer is of great value.Bowel preparation and scanning method scan before the good is the key to MSCT in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.This method is simple,safe,convenient,small trauma,can improve the reliability of the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
