宫腔镜下输卵管通液术患者围手术期心理护理干预效果

目的:探讨宫腔镜下输卵管通液术围手术期心理护理效果。方法:选择输卵管阻塞不孕患者200例,上述患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予心理护理干预。记录两组患者中通液术一次性成功情况,两组患者均随访12个月,记录两组患者随访期间受孕情况。结果:观察组一次性完成通液手术所占比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总受孕率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期心理护理能够提高不孕症患者宫腔镜下输卵管通液术一次性成功率,有助于患者受孕,护理效果显著。

The effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with hysteroscopic hydrotubation during operation period

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with hysteroscopic hydrotubation during operation period.Method 200 cases with tubal obstruction infertility were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,psychological nursing intervention was given to observation group on the base of the routine nursing care.The cases of hydrotubation one-time success were recorded,the patients in two groups were followed up for 12 months,the pregnant case was recorded during of follow-up period.Results The rate of hydrotubation one-time success in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of pregnancy in observation was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the disposable hysteroscopic hydrotubation success rate,and contribute to the pregnancy of patients,nursing effect is significant.
