临床护理路径在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎中的应用

目的:探讨ICU收治的重症患者护理情况。方法:对ICU收治的重症患者临床资料进行分析,依据是否实施临床护理路径进行分组,常规护理组40例和临床护理路径组40例。结果:临床护理路径组APACHEⅡ评分、机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间均优于常规护理组,临床护理路径组护患纠纷发生率、护理工作差错率、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率均优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径可以有效地改善ICU患者临床症状,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,提高临床护理质量。

Application analysis of clinal nursing path in preventing ventilator associated pneumonia

Objective To approach ICU treated patients with severe nursing in our hospital.Method To analyze clinical data of ICU treated patients,which was to be divided into conventional care group with 40 cases and the clinical nursing path group with 40 cases.Results The score of APACHE Ⅱ、the duration of mechanical ventilation、ICU treatment time of the clinical nursing path group were better than conventional care group,the rate of nurse-patient disputes、nursing error rate、incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia of clinical nursing path group were better than conventional care group,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion Clinical nursing path can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with ICU,reducing ventilator-associated pneumonia incidence,which is improved the quality of clinical nursing.
