不同丙种球蛋白静脉推注方法对川崎病的疗效分析

目的:探讨采用不同的时间注射给予丙种球蛋白对川崎病的疗效,以供临床参考。方法:将90例川崎病患儿随机分为三组。Ⅰ组患者在入院第1～4天给予丙种球蛋白,Ⅱ组患者在入院治疗的第5～9天给予丙种球蛋白,Ⅲ组患者在入院治疗第9～13天给予丙种球蛋白,比较三组患者的疗效和并发症。结果:Ⅰ组患者丙种球蛋白无反应率明显高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ组患者发生冠状动脉并发症例数明显高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在患者入院的第5～9天给予丙种球蛋白,效果较好,患者丙种球蛋白无反应发生率低,冠状动脉并发症低,更适合临床应用。

Different methods of intravenous gamma globulin treatment for Kawasaki disease analysis

Objective To investigate the effect of using different time injection of gamma globulin treatment of Kawasaki disease,for clinical reference.Methods 90 cases of children with Kawasaki disease were randomly divided into three groups.Group Ⅰ patients in hospitalization first～4 days treated with gamma globulin,group Ⅱ patients hospitalized in fifth～9 days treated with gamma globulin,group Ⅲ patients in hospitalization for ninth～13 days treated with gamma globulin,curative effect and complications between the three groups.Results The group of gamma globulin no reaction rate was significantly higher than that of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ coronary artery complications in cases of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients admitted with fifth～9 days treated with gamma globulin,effect is good,gamma globulin in patients with no response to the low incidence of coronary artery,low complication rate,more suitable for clinical application.
