根除幽门螺杆菌临床疗效观察

目的:观察四疗联疗法与三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori,HP)的疗效。方法:将116例14C呼气试验或胃黏膜快速尿素酶试验阳性的慢性胃炎或胃溃疡患者随机分为两组,A组56例,B组60例。A组采用三联疗法,给予兰索拉唑30 mg,1次/d,阿莫西林1.0、克拉霉素0.5,2次/d。B组在A组的基础上加用果胶铋胶囊,给予果胶铋胶囊150 mg,4次/d。疗程均为7d。在疗程结束后,停药4周后复查HP。结果:按PP分析两组HP根除率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但在效果分析上,四联疗法治疗方案根除率高于三联疗法。结论:四联疗法对于幽门螺杆菌根除具有较高的疗效。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of eradication of Helicobacter pylori

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the quadruple therapy versus triple therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori,HP).Method 116 cases with 14C breath test or gastric mucosa rapid urease test and positive chronic gastritis or gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into A group with 56 cases and group B with 60 cases.Group A had triple lansoprazole therapy to 30mg,1g/1Day,Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin 0.5 2 times/Day,B group based on A group but with the use of bismuth pectin capsules,for bismuth pectin capsules 150mg,4times/Day;Both groups were treated for 7day.The two groups were in the course of treatment after 4 weeks after HP.Results By PP analysis,2 groups had no significant difference between H.pylori eradication.But in effect analysis,quadruple therapy regimen′s eradicating rate was higher than the triple therapy.Conclusion Quadruple therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(HP) has a high efficacy.
