心力衰竭患者自我管理水平与生活质量的相关性

目的探讨心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者的自我管理水平与其生活质量的相关性,为提高患者的生活质量提供参考依据。方法方便抽样选择苏州市3所综合性二级、三级医院心内科门诊和住院的心衰患者共165例,采用问卷调查法对165例患者的自我管理水平和生活质量状况进行调查,并分析其相关性。结果本组患者总体自我管理得分为(49.48±8.93)分;总体生活质量得分为(45.82±19.04)分;患者总体自我管理与总体生活质量得分呈中度负相关(r=-0.245,P<0.01),其中心理和社会适应的管理与总体生活质量得分呈高度负相关(r=-0.705,P<0.01)。结论心衰患者自我管理处于中下水平,自我管理行为有助于提高患者身体领域、情绪领域及总体的生活质量,因此,在护理干预中要充分发挥患者完成健康任务的主动性,从而提高其生活质量。

Correlation between Self-management Level and Quality of Life in Patients with Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the correlation between self-management level and quality of life in heart failure patients,and then provide effective measures to improve quality of life of them.Methods Totally 165 outpatient and inpatient patients with heart failure were recruited from three hospitals in Suzhou.The self-management level and quality of life of patients were assessed by questionnaires method.Results The total score of self-management was（49.48±8.93）,the total score of quality of life was（45.82±19.04）,self-management score was moderate negative correlated with quality of life score（r=-0.245,P0.01）,and psychology and social adaptability management score was highly negative correlated with quality of life score（r=-0.705,P0.01）.Conclusion The self-management level of heart failure patients was mid-to-low,self-management behavior could improve physical and emotional domains and the total quality of life of patients.So initiative to complete health management should be emphasized on in nursing intervention of heart failure patients,then improve patients＇ quality of life.
