尿液检验结果的影响因素分析

目的:分析尿液检测结构的影响因素,为医院控制尿检质量提供一定的依据。方法:在进行的所有尿检中,抽取结果误差较大的80例,从医院的实验室条件、尿样送检、保存等方面因素进行调查分析造成误差的原因。结果:影响因素的排位顺序为:尿检实验室因素49例,占总数的62.5%;患者药物的使用因素16例,占总数的21.25%;尿样的收集因素8例,占总数的10%;尿样的送检因素5例,占总数的6.25%,尿样保存因素2例,占总数的2.5%。结论:对影响尿检结果的因素进行全面的分析,管理层针对该类因素进行有效管理与监控,能够有效提高尿检的准确度,保证医院的医疗效果。

Explore urine test results of the analysis of influence factors

Objective To analysis the influencing factors of urine testing structure,control for hospital urinalysis quality provides the certain basis.Methods In all urine for the extraction of the error,80 cases of large,the investigation and analysis of the cause of the error in laboratory conditions,the hospital urine inspection,storage etc.Results The influence factors of ranking order:urinalysis laboratory factors in 49 cases,accounting for 62.5% of the total;16 cases of patients with drug use factors,accounting for 21.25% of the total;8 cases of urine collection factors,accounting for 10% of the total;5 cases examined factors of urine,accounting for 6.25% of the total,2 cases of urine sample preservation factors,accounting for a total of 2.5%.Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the test results,the management according to the factors for effective management and monitoring,can effectively improve the accuracy of urine,ensure the hospital medical effect.
