经脐单孔腹腔镜在乙状结肠癌根治术中的临床应用

目的:研究经脐单孔腹腔镜在乙状结肠癌根冶术中的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析3例经脐单孔腹腔镜乙状结肠癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果:3例患者手术均成功,无一例中转开腹。平均手术时间80 min,平均术中出血量54 ml,切口长度平均3.0cm,肛门排气时间平均2.5 d,下床活动时间2.5 d,术后住院7 d。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜应用于乙状结肠癌安全可行,创伤小,早期疗效令人满意。

The clinical application of the single umbilical laparoscopic in sigmoid colon cancer on radical mastectomy

Objective To study the clinical application of umbilical single span laparoscopic in sigmoid colon cancer root smelting operation.Methods Retrospective analysis 3 patients’ clinical with single umbilical laparoscopic sigmoid colon cancer underwent radical mastectomy.Results Three patients are performed successfully,no one was transferred to opening appendectomy.The mean operation time was 80 min,the mean amount of bleeding was 54 ml,the incision length average was 3.0 cm,the anal exhaust average time was 2.5 days,the activity average time was 2.5 days,the in hospital time after operation was 7 days.Conclusion The single umbilical laparoscopic applied in sigmoid colon cancer is safe and feasible,with small trauma,and the early curative effect is satisfactory.
