| 摘 要： | 目的]观察全程护理干预在糖尿病病人中的应用效果。方法]将108例糖尿病病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54例,对照组病人实施常规护理,观察组病人在常规护理基础上给予全程护理干预。比较两组病人治疗依从性、血糖控制情况、并发症发生情况。结果]观察组病人治疗依从性高于对照组,血糖控制效果优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]全程护理干预能够提高糖尿病病人的治疗依从性、降低并发症发生率、有利于血糖控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe applied effect of whole nursing intervention for diabetic patients.Methods： A total of 108 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each.Control group patients were given routine care,besides that,observation group patients were given whole nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,glycemic control and occurrence of complications were compared between both groups.Results： treatment compliance of observation group patients was higher than that of control group patients,glycemic control was better than that of control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Whole nursing intervention can improve diabetes patient＇s treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of complications,and is helpful for glycemic control. |
