| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨循证护理在糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者中的应用效果。方法:将116例2型糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组58例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组依据循证模式进行护理,治疗半年后评价两组效果。结果:观察组在糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者的治愈率和好转率方面均高于对照组,两组相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理模式在糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者中的护理中效果较好,优势明显,值得临床中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in diabetic patients with neurogenic bladder.Method 116 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into observation group for evidence-based nursing and control group for conventional nursing with 58 cases in each group.The treatment effects of two groups were evaluated after six months.Results The cure rate and improvement rate in observation group were both higher than those of control group by comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in diabetic patients with neurogenic bladder is better,apparent advantages and worthy to popularization and application in clinical. |
