护理干预在高危冠心病病人主动脉球囊反搏治疗中的应用

目的]探讨护理干预在高危冠心病病人行主动脉球囊反搏治疗中的应用。方法]选取高危冠心病病人60例为对照组,选取高危冠心病病人60例为观察组,均接受主动脉球囊反搏治疗,对照组给予常规的护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预。比较两组病人术后并发症及死亡情况。结果]两组病人死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组病人术后并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的2 3.3 3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]在高危冠心病病人行主动脉球囊反搏治疗中给予护理干预,能够降低术后并发症的发生。

Application of nursing intervention for patients at high risk of coronary heart disease undergoing aortic balloon counterpulsation therapy

Objective：To probe into application of nursing intervention for patients at high risk of coronary heart disease undergoing aortic balloon counterpulsation therapy.Methods： A total of 60 patients at high risk of coronary heart disease were selected as control group,another 60 patients at high risk of coronary heart disease were selected as observation group,they all underwent aortic balloon counterpulsation therapy,then the control group patients received routine care,observation group patients were given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative complications and death were compared between both groups.Results：There was no statistically significant difference in mortality of patients between two groups（P〉0.05）,incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 13.33%,which was lower than that of control group（23.33%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing interventions for patients at high risk of coronary heart disease undergoing aortic balloon counterpulsation therapy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
