急性白血病血清恶性肿瘤相关物质群水平及其临床意义

目的：探讨急性白血病血清恶性肿瘤相关物质群（TSGF）水平的改变及在评估急性白血病临床疗效中的参考价值。方法：测定72例健康体检者、51例良性血液病、79例急性白血病的TSGF水平，其中37例为初诊急性白血病，42例白血病已予化疗（29例完全缓解，13例未达完全缓解），并进行组间血清TSGF水平统计分析。结果：良性血液病组血清TSGF水平高于健康体检组，低于急性白血病初发组，组间差异有显著性（P＜0．0）；急性白血病初诊组比健康体检组明显升高，差异有显著性（P＜0．01）；急性白血病治疗组TSGF水平较初诊组下降（P＜0．05），完全缓解（CR）组水平与良性血液病类似，未达完全缓解（PR＋NR）组与急性白血病初诊未治疗组相当，组间未见显著差异（P＞0．05），急性白血病完全缓解（CR）组较未达完全缓解（PR＋NR）组TSGF水平明显降低，组间差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论：血清恶性肿瘤相关物质群水平测定有助于良性血液病与急性白血病二者的鉴别，动态血清TSGF水平测定可作为反应急性白血病临床化疗疗效的辅助指标。

STUDY ON THE LEVELS OF SERUM TUMOR SUPPLIED GROUP OF FACTORS (TSGF) IN ACUTE LEUKEMIAS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Objective:To investigate the levels of serum tumor supplied group of factors (TSGF) in acute leukemias and explore its clinical significance.Methods:The serum TSGF levels in 72 normal controls,51 benign hematological diseases and 79 acute leukemias were measured.There were 37 acute leukemias before treatment and 42 after chemotherapy (29 CR,13 PR+NR).The levels of TSGF between the two groups were compared.Results:The TSGF levels in benign hematological diseases were higher than that in normal controls but lower than that in acute leukemias before treatment were significantly higher than that of normal controls ( P <0.01).After chemotherapy,the levels of serum TSGF in acute leukemia group were lower than that before treatment,CR group were lower than PR+NR group ( P < 0.05).No significant differences existed to that in the levels of serum TSGF in CR group and benign hematological diseases,PR+NR group and acute leukemias before treatment.Conclusion:Determination of the levels of serum TSGF in acute leukemias may be useful in the differentiations with benign hematological diseases and to monitor the effect of therapy in acute leukemias.
