摘    要:目的分析远洋测量船噪声强度对作业人员听力的影响。方法对远洋测量船作业环境进行卫生学调查,对l663名接触噪声人员的听力进行分析,并设对照组进行比较。结果测量船作业环境共测96个噪声作业点,噪声强度为52.0~102.5dB(A),其中有32个点超过国家卫生标准,超标率为33.3%;作业人员听力损伤发生率为3.2%,明显高于对照组的1.4%(P〈0.01);听力损伤程度随着工龄的增加而加重,特别是工龄在10年以上的更明显。结论远洋测量船作业人员长期在噪声环境下工作,可有一定程度的听力损伤。

Abstract:Objective To explore the hearing changes in seamen exposed to oceangoing vessel noise.Methods A hygienic investigation of workplaces was carried out in oceangoing vessel,and the results of hearing examination in 1 663 noise exposed mariners were compared with controls.Results The intensities in 96 noise points were measured and 32 points (33.3% ) exceeded the national hygienic standard,with the noise intensity of 52.0 ~ 102.5 dB(A).Mariners exposed to noise had a significantly higher abnormal rate (3.2%) of hearing than that of the controls ( 1.4% ) ,(P<0.01).And hearing damage increased with the length of service,especially in those working for more than 10 years.Conclusions Long - term exposure to oceangoing vessel intensity noise could effect hearing in seamen.
