栓皮栎茎叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的研究栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis Blume)茎叶的化学成分。方法用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及NMR谱学数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为羽扇豆酮(lupeone,1)、lup-20(29)-en-3β,30-diol(2)、3α-羟基木栓烷-2-酮(3α-hydroxyfriedel-2-one,3)、熊果酸(ursolic acid,4)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,5)、槲皮素(querce-tin,6)、山柰酚(kaempferol,7)、木犀草素(luteolin,8)、金丝桃苷(hyperoside,9)、没食子酸(gallic acid,10)。结论化合物1~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of the stems and leaves of Quercus variabilis Blume. Methods The compounds were isolated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatographies. The structures of the compounds isolated were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as lupeone(1), lup-20(29)-en-3β,30-diol(2), 3α-hydroxyfriedel-2-one(3), ursolic acid(4),oleanolic acid(5), quercetin(6), kaempferol(7), luteolin(8), hyperoside(9) and gallic acid(10). Conclusions Compounds 1-10 are obtained from this plant firstly.
