| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺癌MMP2蛋白表达的临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法对乳腺癌石蜡标本进行检测，并与患者临床病理指标进行分析。结果：乳腺癌MMP2蛋白阳性反应率为45．8％，与肿瘤大小，腋淋巴结转移相关（P＜0．05），MMP2阴性者生存期延长（P＜0．05），结论：MMP2参与了乳腺癌的发生，发展过程，可能是患者预后的不良指标。此结果为临床建立新的乳腺癌预后预测因子提供有价值的信息。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP2)and its clinical significance in breast cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemistry assay was used to study the expression of MMP2in breast cancer.Statistical methods were used to analyse the as-so ciation between the expression and the pathological indexes.Results:The positive rate4of MMP2in breast cancer was45.8%,the expression of MMP2was associated with the tumor size and the metastasis of the axillary lymph nodes(P<0.05).Negative MMP2of patients had a longer survival period(P<0.05).Conclusion:MMP2may play an important role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer,and MMP2is related to the invasion and metastasis of the breast cancer. |
