社区护理对康复期精神分裂症患者的影响

目的探讨社区护理对康复期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法随机将200例痊愈出院患者分为研究组和对照组，各100例，研究组采用社区护理干预，对照组采用常规护理干预，对两组于患者入组时及出院后的第12个月末各进行1次BPRS、GAS、CGI-SI评定和比较。结果两组于随访1年后的BPRS、GAS、CGI-SI评分的比较有显著性差异P〈0．05。结论社区护理对康复期精神分裂症患者的社会功能的恢复，降低复发及住院的风险，有较好的实际意义。

The Impact of Community Care for the Affected Patients with Schizophrenia in the Rehabilitation Period

Objective Discussion on community care for rehabilitation of the affected patients with schizophrenia.Methods 200 cases of patients recovered were randomly divided into discharged study group and control group,each of which is 100 cases.Study Group use Community Nursing Intervention,while the control group using conventional care and intervention.The patients into two groups have been discharged with BPRS,GAS,CGI-SI assessment and comparison after the end of the December.Results After the BPRS,GAS,CGE-SI assessment,The score of control group in follow-up of one year have more significant difference.(P <0.05) Conclusion Rehabilitation of community care for patients with schizophrenia has a better practical significance for the recovery of social function,the lower the risk of relapse and hospitalization.
