目的发挥护理部与感染监控室的协同作用,确保医院感染管理工作有序进行.方法将对护理人员医院感染知识的宣传、教育、培训纳入护理部业务学习计划之中;将感染监控室的微生物监测、消毒隔离质量检查纳入护理部质量评价系统之中;将感染监控室的重点科室管理及突发事件管理纳入到护理部正常管理工作之中.结果有效的协同作用保障了医院感染的管理工作.结论护理部与感染监控室在医院感染管理中的协同作用非常重要.

Cooperation Function Between Nursing Department and Infection Supervision and Control Office in Management of Hospital Infection

OBJECTIVE To exert the cooperative function between the Nursing Department and the Infection Supervision and Control Office in order to ensure the work in good order. METHODS To bring the microbe supervision and inspection disinfection and isolation, and the quality examination into the system of the quality evaluation of the Nursing Department; to bring the important offices and the management of the vital incidents to the regular management of the Nursing Department. RESULTS The effective cooperation function gave the assurance to the management of the hospital infection. CONCLUSIONS The cooperation function between the Nursing Department and the Infection Supervision and Control Office is very important.
