灯盏花素的临床应用进展与不良反应

目的：介绍灯盏花素近年来在临床的应用进展与不良反应。方法：通过微机检索，查阅文献，综述灯盏花素在临床上的应用。结果：灯盏花素在治疗脑梗死、冠心病、心绞痛、眩晕症、小儿急性病毒性心肌炎、肺心病、急性初期肾功能衰竭、银屑病等均有较好疗效。结论：灯盏花素作为一种新型活血化瘀中药注射液，具有疗效好、用途广、不良反应少的特点。

Conclusion: As a new type of Chinese proprietary medicines breviscapin, which can promoted blood circulation to remove blood stasis, showed characteristics of good curative effects, wide uses, less side-effects.
