| 摘 要： | 目的总结超声检查在复杂肛旁脓肿、肛瘘中的优缺点。方法对肛旁脓肿72例,肛瘘合并肛旁脓肿形成14例的超声检查结果进行回顾性分析,并与临床手术结果进行对比。结果86例脓肿与手术结果吻合率达91.9%,漏诊率仅5.8%,瘘管的吻合率较低,仅为21.5%。结论B超术前检查,为临床诊断、手术根治术有较好参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the advantage and disadvantage of the ultrasonic examination in complex perianorectal abscess and anal fistula.Methods Data of 72 cases of perianorectal abscess and 14 cases of anal fistula with perianorectal abscess which were confirmed by surgery from September,2008 to February,2009 was retrospective analyzed.Results Accuracy rate of ultrasonic examination for perianorectal abscess was 91.9%,and rate of missed diagnosis was 5.8%.Accuracy rate in anal fistula was only 21.5%.Conclusion P... |
