颞骨CT影像检查技术

摘    要:本文综述了颞骨的现代影像学检查技术,HRCT是颞骨首选的影像学检查方法,对于颞骨解剖及病变的显示有很大优势。螺旋CT有多种后处理技术可应用于颞骨检查:MPR能对颞骨进行多方位观察,CPR对面神经等结构全貌显示,SSD、CTVE能够立体全方位显示解剖及病变并可进行模拟手术,VR显示内耳膜迷路及神经。MRI能够在一定程度上区分病变的病理性质,水成像技术清晰显示膜迷路。

Abstract:This review summarizes the modern medical imaging technique in temporal bone.HRCT was the first choice of medical imaging in temporal bone,it has the dominant advancement in disease and anatomy in temporal bone.Spiral CT have many post procession techniques:MPR can display the temporal bone with different angles,CPR can show the facial nerve as a whole.SSD,CTVE can display the disease and anatomy in temporal bone in a stereoscopic way and can simulate the surgery,VR can show the membrane labyrinth and nerves in inner ear.MRI can differentiate the lesions from pathologic constituents to some extent.Hydrography can display the membrane labyrinth clearly.MRI is a useful complement way of medical imaging in temporal bone.
