连续性血液净化治疗急性有机磷农药中毒疗效评价

目的观察连续性血液净化治疗对急性有机磷农药中毒患者的疗效。方法将我院ICU内47例急性有机磷农药中毒患者分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上应用连续性血液净化疗法。比较两组疗效差异。结果治疗组患者总机械通气时间，ICU住院天数及死亡率明显低于对照组，肝、肾功能以及血胆碱酯酶活性恢复明显快于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论常规治疗联合连续性血液净化治疗能缩短急性有机磷农药中毒患者机械通气时间及ICU住院天数，降低病死率，值得常规开展。

Evaluation on curative effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute organic phosphorus poisoning

Objective To study the efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute organic phosphorus poisoning. Methods 47 intensive care unit （ICU） patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning were selected. 15 patients of experimental group were treated as usual, other 32 patients as control group accepted continuous blood purification based on usual treatment. Kidney/liver functional parameter, blood cholinesterase activity, days of mechanical ventilation, length of ICU stay and mortality were statistically analyzed for evaluation. Results Patients in experimental group had lower mortality, days of mechanical ventilation and length of ICU stay compared to those in control group. And kidney/liver functional parameter, blood cholinesterase activity were recovered much faster too （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Continuous blood purification treatment can reduce mechanical ventilation time, length of ICU stay and the mortality of acute organic phosphorus poisoning patients, which is worthy for use and promotion.
