促排卵周期性激素水平对排卵结局的影响

目的探讨促排卯周期中不同时期性激素水平对排卵结局的影响。方法选择自然周期有排卵障碍的患者使用克罗米芬（CC）＋绒促性素（HCG）促排，同时在月经周期的不同时间测定性激素促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、垂体泌乳素（PRL）、睾酮（T）六项，最后观察患者的排卵结局。结果99例促排患者中正常排卵58例（58．6％），为A组；发生卵泡未破裂黄素化综合征（LUFS）患者41例（41．4％），为B组。两组患者年龄、不孕年限、体重、身高、体重指数（BMI）进行统计分析，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。B组与A组比较：在月经第三日的E2和P、在月经第10日的FSH、在卵泡成熟日的LH均较低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论性激素在促排卵的结局中起到很重要的作用。

Effect of sex hormone levels on ovulation induction outcome

Objective To discuss the influence of sex hormone levels on ovulation outcome during different periods in both luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome （LUFS） cycle patients and normal ovulatory cycle patients. Methods Treating the infertile women with ovulatory dysfunction by taking CC＋HCG, the levels of the serum follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, Luteinizing hormone （LH）, estradiol （E2）, progesterone （P）, prolactin （PRL）, testosterone （T） were measured respectively on the 3rd day （C3）, the lOth day （CIO）, follicle maturity day （ CM ） . Ovulation was surveyed with transvaginal uhrasonography （ TVS ） at the same time. Group A was defined as ovulation after induced ovulation while group B was defined as LUFS after induced ovulation. Results The levels of E2 and P on C3 day, FSH on C10 day, LH on CM day of group B were all significantly lower than those of group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sex hormones play very important roles in LUFS occurring.
