贝那普利联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性心房颤动临床分析

目的探索贝那普利联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性心房颤动的临床疗效。方法192例阵发性心房颤动患者随机分为观察组和对照组各96例；观察组用贝那普利联合胺碘酮治疗，对照组仅用胺碘酮治疗，对比两组治疗后1个月和3个月转复窦性心律情况及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后1个月和3个月窦性心律转复率分别为57．29％和67．71％；对照组治疗后1个月和3个月窦性心律转复率分别为32．29％和39．58％；两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论贝那普利联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性心房颤动，可使窦性心律转复率升高，不良反应少，预防复发效果优于单用胺碘酮。

Clinical analysis on benazepril combined with amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of benazepril combined with amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods 192 patients suffering from paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 96 patients in each group; the patients in the observation group were treated with benazepril combined with amiodarone, those in the control group only took amiodarone. We compared the sinus rhythm and adverse reactions in the two groups 1 month and 3 months later after the treatment. Results The sinus rhythm cardioversion rate of 1 month and 3 months later after the treatment were 57.29% and 67.71% in the observation group, those in the treatment group 1 month and 3 months later were 32.29% and 39.58 % respectively; the difference between two groups were statistieally significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Benazepril combined with amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can increase sinus rhythm and eardioversion rate, with fewer adverse reactions and its prevention effect for recurrence is better than using amiodarone ＇alone.
