血管回声跟踪技术对糖耐量异常者早期颈动脉硬化的研究

摘    要:目的应用血管回声跟踪技术(e—tracking)对糖耐量异常者早期颈动脉硬化进行研究。方法糖耐量异常者和糖耐量正常者各50例,年龄40~65岁,应用e—tracking技术对颈动脉血流动力学进行量化分析来评估动脉硬化参数,包括僵硬度(β)、弹性模量(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、膨大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)。结果糖耐量异常组β、Eβ、PWVβ较正常组明显增高,Ac较正常组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组AI差异无统计学意义。结论糖耐量异常者血管的硬度、弹性、顺应性均减低,血管内皮功能受损。应用血管回声跟踪技术,能较好地评估血管内皮功能的情况。

Abstract:Objective To explore the change of the early carotid arteriosclerosis in impaired glucose tolerance patients by ultrasonic e-tracking imaging technology. Methods All 100 cases were divided into abnormal glucose tolerance group and normal glucose tolerance group, 50 cases in each group, aged 40-65 years. Quantitative analysis of carotid artery blood flow velocity was used by e-tracking technology to assess carotid artery stiffness indexes, including stiffness parameter ( β ), pressure-strain elastic modulus (Ep), arterial compliance (AC), augmentation index (AI) and pulse wave velocity (PW-V β ) . Results 15, Ep and PWV β of abnormal glucose tolerance group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group, AC significantly reduced compared with that of normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), and AI had no difference between two groups. Conclusion The hardness, elasticity, vascular compliance of artery are reduced in patients with impaired glucose tolerance, showing vascular endothelial dysfunction. The application of e-tracking can better assess vascular endothelial function.
