慢性精神分裂症患者人住中途宿舍的1年疗效研究

目的探讨慢性精神分裂症患者人住中途宿舍进行系统的康复训练（社会功能训练）对恢复期精神分裂症病人社会功能恢复的影响。方法将70例刚刚出院的恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各35例，研究组患者入住中途宿舍，进行系统的康复训练；对照组患者自然回归社会。对比研究1年，采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评定两组病人的康复效果。结果经过为期1年的中途宿舍系统的康复训练，研究组PANSS量表评分、SDSS量表评分比对照组好（P〈0．05）。结论慢性精神分裂症患者人住中途宿舍进行系统的康复训练对其社会功能恢复有明显的促进作用。

One year curative effect study on chronic schizophrenia patients in halfway houses

Objective To probe into the influence of systemic rehabilitation training （social function training） on social function recovery in chronic schizophrenia patients in halfway houses at convalescent stage. Methods 70 newly-discharged patients with schizophrenia at convalescent stage were randomly divided into study group and control group, each with 35 cases. The study group patients checked in halfway houses for systemic rehabilitation training, and the control group returned to the society naturally, conducting 1 year comparative study with the positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS）, social function defect screening scale （SDSS） to evaluate and compare the rehabilitative effects of two groups. Results After a one-year halfway houses systemic rehabilitation training, the study group＇ s PANSS scale score, and SDSS scale score were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chronic schizophrenia patients in halfway houses for system recovery training shows the obvious significant promoting effect on social function recovery.
