经会阴超声在前置胎盘诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用

目的评价经会阴超声在前置胎盘诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床价值。方法比较52例前置胎盘患者经会阴超声检查与经腹部超声检查结果。结果本组52例患者，经腹部超声检查诊断为前置胎盘42例，诊断符合率80．8％，经会阴超声检查诊断符合率为94．2％，二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两种方法对前壁型前置胎盘的诊断符合率均为100％；经腹部超声检查对后壁、侧后壁型胎盘的诊断符合率为65．5％，经会阴超声检查为89．7％，二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经会阴超声检查对前置胎盘的诊断优于经腹部超声检查，尤其是对后壁、侧后壁型胎盘。

Application of transperineal ultrasound in diagnosis and differential diagnosis for placenta previa

Objective To evaluate the clinical application values of transperineal ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of placenta previa. Methods 52 cases of placenta previa received the transperineal ultrasound, whose results were compared with those of transabdominal ultrasound examination. Results Among the 52 patients, 42 cases of placenta previa were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound, diagnostic accuracy rate was 80.8% （42/52）, while that of transperineal ultrasound was 94.2%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The diagnostic accuracy rate of the antetheca by two methods was 100%; the diagnostic accuracy rate of the posterior wall and lateral posterior by transabdominal ultrasound was 65.5%, while S9.7% by transperineal ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transperineal ultrasound is superior to transabdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of placenta previa, especially in diagnosis of the posterior wall and lateral posterior.
