手术病理标本管理流程的改进及应用

目的探讨改进手术室病理标本管理的方法，确保标本的质量并能及时准确送检。方法对手术标本管理中存在的问题实施改进，如规范标本留取、细化送检交接流程及快速冰冻检查病理诊断报告采用医院信息网络无纸化提交方式等，并将改进管理方法前、后手术标本缺陷率及送检耗费时间进行比较。结果快速冰冻检查病理标本在手术室的停留时间从（11．57±3．63）分钟缩短到（0．37±0．13）分钟；标本缺陷发生率频次由2011年的267例下降至2012年的25例，手术标本缺陷率由2011年的7．40％下降至2012年的0．59％（P〈0．05）。结论改进管理方法能提高手术标本管理质量，减少手术标本缺陷发生率，提高患者的满意度，杜绝医疗纠纷的发生。

Improvement and application of management process for pathologic specimen in operation room

Objective To investigate the method to improve the management for pathologic specimen in operation room, to ensure the sample quality timely and accurate submission. Methods We improved the existing problems in the operation management of samples, such as the specification of specimens, refinement for handover procedures and frozen pathological examination diagnosis report using the hospital information network paperless submission, and the specimen defect rate and time consuming were compared before and after the improving management methods of operation. Results Frozen section examination of pathological specimens residence time in the operation room reduced from （11.58 ± 3.64） minutes to （0.38 ± 0.14） minutes; specimen defect incidence frequency decreased from 267 cases in 2011 to 25 cases in 2012, operation specimen defect rate dropped from 7.40% in 2011to 0.59% in 2012, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improved management method can improve the operation sample management quality, reduce operation specimen defect rate, improve patients＇ satisfaction, and to prevent medical disputes.
