改良急救护理流程对急性心肌梗死病人救治的影响研究

目的探讨改良急救护理流程对急性心肌梗死病人救治的影响。方法将我院自2012年1月至2012年12月收治的74例急性心肌梗死患者随机的分为对照组和观察组两组，对照组进行常规的急救护理流程，观察组进行改良后的急救护理流程，比较两组患者的救治结果。结果两组患者间第一救治时间、进一出急诊室时间、溶栓时间、出院时间以及病死率等方面进行比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改良急救护理流程应用于急性心肌梗死病人的救治有效的缩短了救治时间，使得救治效果更好，大大降低了患者的病死率．提高了临床急救成功率。

Study on effects of improved emergency care process for treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients

Objective To explore the effects of improved emergency care process for treatment of acute myocardial infarction （AMI） patients. Methods In our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012, 74 patients with AMI were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, control group used conventional emergency care process, the observation group was given improved emergency care process, treatment results of the two groups were compared. Results The first treatment time, in and out time from emergency room, thrombolytic time, time to discharge and mortality were compared in two groups, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Improved emergency care process used in the treatment of AMI patients can effectively shorten the treatment time, making better treatment effect, significantly reduce mortality in patients, improving the success rate of clinical emergency.
