自我管理教育对慢性牙周病患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

目的探讨自我管理教育对慢性牙周病患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法将70例慢性牙周病患者随机分成干预组和对照组各35例，两组患者治疗基本一致，对照组进行常规健康教育，干预组实施自我管理教育，比较两组患者教育前后疾病知识的掌握、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果干预组患者疾病知识的掌握、治疗依从性明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；干预组生活质量总分较对照组显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论自我管理教育能有效提高慢性牙周病患者治疗依从性和生活质量。

Impact of self-management education to treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic periodontitis disease

Objective To investigate the impact of self-management education to treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic periodontal disease. Methods 70 patients with chronic periodontal disease were randomly divided into intervention group and a control group with consistent treatment, 35 patients in each group, routine health education was given to control group, the self-management education given to intervention group. Mastery of the disease knowledge, treatment compliance and quality of life in the two groups were compared before and after education implement. Results In intervention group the mastery of knowledge with the disease, treatment compliance were significantly higher （P〈0.01）, the score of quality of life in intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self-management education can improve treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic periodontitis.
