摘    要:目的提高病案管理质量,推进病案工作向规范化、制度化发展,保证医疗服务的安全性和有效性。方法对病案质量管理中的一些通病进行分析。结果医院重视程度、医护人员服务意识以及责任意识直接影响病案质量管理水平的高低。结论病案质量管理是医疗质量管理的基础,体现了医院的管理质量、医疗水平和服务质量。

Abstract:Objective To improve quality management level for medical records to promote the standardized and institutional development in medical records running, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of medical service. Methods We analyzed the common faults in medical records quality management. Results The emphasis degreeof hospital and the responsibility and consciousness of the paramedics affected the level of medical records quality management. Conclusion Medical record quality management is the basis of hospital quality management and reflects the hospital management quality, medical level and service quality.
