个性化护理模式应用于肾上腺肿瘤手术患者的效果观察

目的对个性化护理模式应用于肾上腺肿瘤手术患者的临床疗效进行探讨。方法从我科收治的病例中选取50例肾上腺肿瘤手术患者，随机将这些患者划分成对照组与观察组，每组25例。对照组采取常规性围手术护理模式。观察组则是在常规性围手术期护理的基础上给予个性化护理的模式。利用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对两组患者在围手术期的心率、焦虑值、血压以及患者对护理的满意度进行对比性分析。结果观察组在术前访视后与进人手术室后的焦虑值评分低于对照组（P〈0．05），且在接受个性化护理之后，其进人手术室后的血压与心率波动幅度低于对照组（P〈0．05），而患者的满意度则高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论将个性化护理模式应用到肾上腺肿瘤手术患者的护理中，有助于改善患者的临床症状、提升患者对护理工作的满意度。

Observation on effect of individual nursing in treatment of adrenal tumor patients

Objective To study and explore the clinical efficacy of individual nursing care in treatment for patients with adrenal tumors. Methods 50 cases of adrenal tumors selected from our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 25 cases in each group. Control group was given routine perioperative care. The observation group was added with individual nursing care based on routine perioperative care. Anxiety self-rating scale （SAS） comparative analysis to the two groups was carried out in the perioperative heart rate, anxiety values, blood pressure, and patients＇ satisfaction. Results In the observation group, the anxiety value score after preoperative visits and after entering the operating room were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and after individual nursing care, blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations after entering the operating room were less than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）, and patients＇ satisfaction was higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of individual nursing care in treatment for adrenal tumor surgery patient can help to improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, and improve their satisfaction to nursing care.
