丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮功能及炎症因子的影响

［摘要］目的探讨丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者血管内皮功能相关因子、炎症因子水平的影响。方法UAP患者72例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。对照组给予常规药物治疗；治疗组在常规药物基础上给予丹红注射液30 mL ＋0.9%氯化钠溶液250 mL，静脉滴注，qd。两组疗程均为2周。检测治疗前后血清内皮素 1（ET 1）、一氧化氮（NO）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs CRP）、凝血因子Ⅰ（Fg）、肿瘤坏死因子 α（TNF α）水平的变化。结果治疗后治疗组血清ET 1、hs CRP、Fg及TNF α水平较对照组下降更为显著（P＜0.05），血清NO水平则较对照组升高更为显著（P＜0.05）。结论丹红注射液可有效降低UAP患者血清ET 1、hs CRP、Fg及TNF α水平水平，升高血清NO水平，具有抑制炎症因子的表达、改善血管内皮功能的作用。
