摘    要:[摘要]目的探讨丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血管内皮功能相关因子、炎症因子水平的影响。方法UAP患者72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。对照组给予常规药物治疗;治疗组在常规药物基础上给予丹红注射液30 mL +0.9%氯化钠溶液250 mL,静脉滴注,qd。两组疗程均为2周。检测治疗前后血清内皮素 1(ET 1)、一氧化氮(NO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP)、凝血因子Ⅰ(Fg)、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)水平的变化。结果治疗后治疗组血清ET 1、hs CRP、Fg及TNF α水平较对照组下降更为显著(P<0.05),血清NO水平则较对照组升高更为显著(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液可有效降低UAP患者血清ET 1、hs CRP、Fg及TNF α水平水平,升高血清NO水平,具有抑制炎症因子的表达、改善血管内皮功能的作用。
