甘肃省文县黑热病防治知识知晓现状调查

目的了解甘肃省南部文县黑热病流行区群众对黑热病防治知识知晓情况，为预防和控制提供科学依据。方法2005～2010年在文县有黑热病流行的15个村，采用问卷调查的方式，在每个村随机选取20名居民进行黑热病基础知识、健康行为和居住环境问卷调查并进行分析。结果调查显示71．04％（211／297）受调查者不知道犬是黑热病的传染源，79．80％（237／297）的受调查者不知道黑热病的传播过程，78．10％（232／297）和35．35％（105／297）的受调查者未采取悬挂蚊帐和使用杀虫剂的防蛉措施。结论甘肃省黑热病流行区群众对黑热病防治基础知识了解很少，需根据流行区实际情况，因地制宜地开展群众黑热病防治知识健康教育，并加强乡村医生技能培训。

Investigation on current situation of correct knowledge about prevention and treatment for kala-azar in Wen County,Gansu Province

Objective To understand awareness of correct knowledge about kala-azar prevention and treatment in Wen County of Gansu Province, to provide scientific basis for control and prevention. Methods Twenty-one dwellers from 15 villages in Wen County with kala-azar prevalence during 2005-2010 were interviewed with a questionnaire survey and analy- sis of general information of kala-azar, health behavior and living environment. Results Result of the investigation indicated that 71.04% of the 297 dwellers had incorrect knowledge about dogs as preservers of infection source of kala-azar, and 79.80% had incorrect knowledge about transmission cycle of kala-azar. 78.10% and 35.35% of the 297 dwellers didn＇t take measures to prevent human from sand-fly sucking such as mosquito net suspend and insecticide spray around living room. Conclusions Dwellers in the epidemic areas of Gansu Province know little basic information for prevention and control of kala-azar. Health education related to prevention and control of kala-azar must be performed in the dwellers according to the local condition. Technical skill education must be enhanced in rural doctors.
